Fun in Texas

Well, our time in Texas is coming to a close, we leave around 6am on Monday morning. Tomorrow we're speaking at the church here, really looking forward to it. Went to the Wednesday night bible study, had a great time getting to meet everyone.

Yesterday we went to the Fort Worth zoo, we met up with Jake's aunt and cousins. Hadn't seen them forever. It was a lovely day, seeing all the animals (90% of which are in Cameroon) and even having a picnic out in the parking lot (blanket and all). Jake's aunt also gave us a like-new laptop, a HUGE blessing. We needed another one and were planning to get one before going back, praise God we don't have to now.

Looking forward to getting back to Florida and seeing my folks for a bit. Then we head out on the 23rd, really excited about that, we're so ready to be home.

Hello Mrs. Schilinski,

My name is Kenny Long, and I am a student at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, and I am working with a group (Engineers Without Boarders) that is working with the village of Ntisaw, Cameroon to provide water for their village. I sent y'all an email just over a week ago, and I just wanted to make sure that y'all had gotten it all right. As I know y'all are currently on vacation here in the states, I was not sure if you would be checking your email or not. I would be truly interested to chat with y'all about your experiences overseas as I believe you are on the relatively short list of people who have ever heard of Ntisaw. Any information y'all would be willing to give us would be of the utmost value. Feel free to contact me at longkd@gmail.com. Thank you again for your time, and for your great services overseas.
